How to Edit Your Directory Listing

Once your listing claim has been approved, you can log in at any time to update your business information, upload photos, and keep your listing current.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Click the Login link on our website menu and enter the email address and password you used when claiming your listing.

Step 2: Access Your Dashboard

After logging in, you will be taken to the website home page. Go to the top menu link and select Directory > Account to access your account dashboard.

Step 3: Update Your Information

You can edit many parts of your listing, including your main account settings and your listing details.

  • Package Level (Level 1 is your FREE account – no change needed)
  • Category(s)
  • Default Category. If you have more than one category, be sure to select which one you prefer as the primary category
  • Logo
  • Business or organization name
  • About Us: Describe your business, what you offer, etc.
  • Address (may be marked as Private)
  • Contact information
  • Website URL
  • Images
  • Tags (Key words for search terms)
  • Social media links
  • Farmers Market Locations
  • Licenses
  • Farm Stand Location (if applicable)
  • CSA Boxes (if applicable)

Step 5: Save Your Changes

You may click the Preview Listing button to review your edits. When ready to submit your edits, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit Listing button to upload your changes.

Step 6: Review Your Listing

Visit your public listing page to confirm that your updates appear correctly.

Tips for Creating a Strong Listing

  • Use a clear and detailed description of your business or organization.
  • Add high-quality photos and your logo.
  • Keep your phone number, website, and address up to date.
  • Include your hours of operation.
  • Add links to your social media profiles.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
